Sahayog Hospital is a Super Speciality Hospital promoted by Ramade Memorial Medicare & Research Institute LLP and it is one of the milestone projects of Sahayog Group Gondia. It will create a world class health care facility under one roof for Gondia, Bhandara, Balaghat, Gadchiroli & Rajnandgaon Districts and its peripheral areas. Our Management Team
MR. JAYESH RAMADE (CMD)
Mr. Jayesh Ramade, CMD of Sahayog group, is an engineer by profession. He is also a founder member of Sahayog Group & is working as a social enterpriser.
Given the shortage of good medical services in Gondia district, Sahayog Hospital was established on 6th March 2019.
Sahayog Group has given significant contribution in providing Banking awareness, Education and Health care services in rural part of the district.
MRS. SHITAL RAMADE (MD)
Mrs. Sheetal Ramade is MD of Sahayog Group. She is a commerce graduate, and has perceived LLB and LLM successfully.
Her indepth knowledge of Finance and legal expertise provides an added support and guidance to all core businesses of Sahayog group.
Under the incredible leadership of Mrs. Shital & Mr. Jayesh Ramade, Sahayog Group is continuously progressing to serve the society with quality healthcare.
Dr Ajit Kumar (CEO)
Dr. Ajit Kumar, the chief executive officer of Sahayog hospital is a hard-core Hospital Operations & Turnaround specialist with 12+ years of experience in diversified field of health care industry from 50 bedded hospital to 1200 bedded hospital.
He did B.O.Th from Patna University, Patna in 2007 and MHA&M from Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies Nagpur 2009
Further he was Visiting faculty of Department of Hospital Administration in Datta Meghe (2011-2012).
He been associated with Progressive Organizations especially in the area of Hospital Operations and honored with supremacy.

Mr. Sandeep Singh Bhatia
CFO – Sahayog Group
Mr. Sandeep Singh Bhatia is Chief Financial Officer of Sahayog Group, he is Ex. Branch officer of ICICI Bank Limited Gondia.
He completed Bachelor of Business Administration from Tirpude Institute of Management Education in 2010 and MBA from Lala Lajpatrai Institute of Management in 2011.
Mr. Sandeep is a young, dynamic and charismatic leader, with smart intellectual, He has over 8 years of work experience in banking and finance.
Ms. Shalini Rathor
DGM, Operations & HR Sahayog Hospital
Ms. Shalini Rathod has 23+ year of experience in health care industries.
Her work of distinction in financial analysis, human resource management, Healthcare Services Delivery & Management Practices, Audit & Compliance, Budgeting and Cost Control, Project planning and execution, of hospitals.
She did B.com and MA in economics in 1998 and 2002 respectively from Nagpur University, further she did her MHA from ICFAI University in 2009.
Before joining Sahayog hospital she worked in Kingsway hospital, Nagpur as DGM Operations and American Oncology Institute, Nagpur as Sr. Operations Manager.
Dr. Dheeraj Wasekar
AGM- Clinical Operations Sahayog Hospital
Dr. Dheeraj Wasekar is AGM- Clinical Operations Sahayog Hospital, is associated with Sahayog Hospital from very first day of its operations.
He did his BAMS from MUHS Nashik and Master in Public Health from Tata Institute of Social Sciences Mumbai in 2013.
Further he achieved Licentiate degree from Insurance Institute of India and Diploma in Hospital administration from symbiosis institute of health science.
He served as a District coordinator for RGJAY and Nodal officer for Ayushman Bharat Yojna, Government of Maharashtra, 2013-2018, & also worked as a NABH trainer and NABH tool tutor and auditor for hospitals.
Dr. Saurabh Wardhani
Unit Head – Sahayog Hospital, Gondia
Dr. Saurabh Wardhani did his masters from Datta Meghe Institute of Management Studies Nagpur in 2011, and he is B P Th. graduate from Suyash College Nagpur in 2007.
He is serving as assistant general manager, Sahayog hospital Gondia since 2020.
Dr. Saurabh Wardhani has speciality in hospital management, and before joining sahayog hospital severed for Magnum Heart Institute as operations head, AVP at Mewar Group of Hospitals, General Manager in Orchid Multi Superspeciality Hospital – Jalgaon, Operations Manager at Shri Siddheshwar Multispecialty Hospital Dhule, Corporate Relations Manager at Kunal Hospital Nagpur and Hosmac India Pvt Ltd with his excellence.
Mr. Roshan Ingole
AGM- Supply Chain Management
Mr. Roshan Ingole A committed supply chain specialist who brings along with him a vast experience of supply chain management from different multi-speciality hospitals in Nagpur.
He worked with CIIMS, Bajaj Nagar Nagpur as pharmacist, GANGA CARE Hospital, Nagpur as Purchase Manager, American Oncology Institute Nagpur as supply chain manager and KINGSWAY Hospital as AGM supply chain manager.
Mr. Roshan is a Pharmacy graduate from SKB college of Pharmacy New Kamptee.
